Private Energy Medicine Session

Treatment Sessions
Energy Medicine Session 1 – 1.5 Hours
During the energy medicine session we will:

    • Clarify your expectations, desires and intentions
    • Assess your vitality
    • Capture the flow of your energy systems
    • Remove energetic blocks
    • Shift patterns
  • Restore balance to the body and mind

Sessions usually last 1 to 1.5 hours and are unique to each client. We begin each session by clarifying your expectations, desires and intentions, and assess and test the vitality and flow of your energy systems. We follow this with techniques to create balance, remove blocks, shift patterns and help restore the body back to assist in healing.

We will plan exercises for home to sustain the balance and create a personal practice that enables you to be in charge of your health and  healing.

At the end of each session, you will leave feeling more centered and energetically aligned.  Follow up sessions re-assess prior work to see what has shifted and what is currently needed.

While working together we will pay special attention to what the body is telling us and create a healing environment that is safe, confidential, and held in the highest good of the client.


Energy Yoga Session: Private or Class 1 – 1.5 Hour

Yoga was created to directly stimulate and move us at an energetic level. In marrying energy medicine exercises and techniques with time-honored yoga poses and positions, Susan draws on the strength of each system to optimize the health and well being of the mind, body and spirit. The practice is designed to open the heart, still the mind, revitalize and balance energy in the body.

    • Clear, balance and become more aware of  the body’s energy systems
    • Strengthen energy systems and learn to wake up your energy and get it to move in the right direction
    • Increase mindfulness through meditation and breath
    • Increase strength, stability and flexibility
    • Learn more about chakras, meridians, radiant circuits and more!
  • Take what you learn and personalize your own practice!

Group Meditation

Collaborating and coming together in circles to meditate and pray for the wellness of all beings, our earth, resources and animals is one of the most powerful ways to share and transform our compassion, kindness, love and gratitude.

The purpose is to unite our hearts as we support one another to bring about healing, well being and increase spiritual awareness of each participant as well as the greater good of all.  We will bring light and compassion into this circle for our loved ones and to send positive energy to promote peace in a world that is in a state of turmoil.

*Yoga Nidra

A form of yoga that has been practiced for thousands of years as a process of awakening to one’s true self. Yoga nidra means yogic sleep and goes far beyond deep relaxation to a place of natural peace and quiet that is tremendously healing. It is said that one hour of yoga nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep. This is a highly restorative and relaxing practice that will leave you feeling invigorated and rejuvenated.
